Machar Chodesh 5737 (end of Tishrei Breishis Hachodesh Ma’amar).
Since the newness ונפקדת is on the highest level then each and every כי יפקד מושביך [Bittul] (Creation, Millemia, year month) must erqually be on the deepest level.
The new revelation is explained by the juxtaposition of Breishis against HaChodesh Haze Luchem (creation vs Torah) and why the creation account is part of the Torah.
Two levels are presented,
In the first Breishis (creation Yesh MeAyin each instant) bring us to the Bittul of Hachodesh
In the second Breishis adds the idea of Bittul meaning revealing יש האמיתי in יש הנברא that is more than the Yesh Being Bottul and Ayin. Here Breishis is actually higher than Hachidesh.
