ולאתבא פולחנא קדישא דשמייא לארעי’ה
AFTER the POSSIBILITY for idol worship is removed, then we speak of bringing holy and heavenly worship to the land; here again the logic to the sequence is about the huge changes associated with Moshiach.
Mitzvos are for 1) Good character (מדות טובות), 2) good values and ethos (דיעות נכונות), 3) and it culminates with ‘knowing God’ (לדעת את השם), these things (especially the third) happen after Moshiach comes.
Thus, it follows the removal of (the POSSIBILITY for) idol worship from the land.
