09b. Mizmor LiSoda 5717, Class Two. This (long) class includes the beginning (Perek 01) and the end (Perek 5-8). It explains two ideas: 1) מזמור לתודה (which WAS said and WILL BE said on a Korban Toda) it celebrates what is above our comprehension, which is when we see big miracles above nature. But limited and logical ideas will not elicit anything that warrants a Korban of thanksgiving. 2) הריעו להוי’ כל הארץ which is ראשי תיבות of the word הלכה. This is idea of Hoda’a in Torah itself, והוי’ עמו הלכה כמותו above אלו ואלו דברי אלוקים חיים. The Ma’amar delves into the two levels of אלו ואלו דברי אלוקים חיים and והוי’ עמו הלכה כמותו and explains that it’s BITTUL that affects Halacha. Accordingly we Paskin like Beis Hillel and not like Beis Shammai.
