Continuation from class 11; how can Adam (complex, detailed and finite) add up to infinity?
I sighted the Rabbeinu Bechaye (Breishis 1, 28 [Shevel addition page 48]) that explains immortality based on cell-regeneration!! No one cell lasts forever, but in a perfect body they are renewed (with the same vigor as the earlier cells) and a (complex) finitude adds up to infinity.
This is the metaphor for Atzilus; and a person (Adam HaTachton) can live that way and align himself with the ‘infinity’ of Adam HaElyon.
