Pada_Bishalom according to the Gemara in Brachos (6a) involves all three pillars of Torah Tzedaka and Tefilla, but they are not equal.
The Torah is on a much higher level than the other two as is enlightened by the Possuk Vichol banayich… Virav Shalom Banayich, that the Chazal interpret “Al tiokri banyich ela Bonayich”.
The Shela holds that the two halves of the Possuk are separate.
The first half is about “Limudei Hashem” who get our koach for Avoda from Hashem, while the second half describes those who are Hashem’s partners in creation. This is the level of Torah in the Possuk Pada Bishalom Nafshi. MP3
