The Ma’amar develops the three levels of בתי אחותי אמי and ties it to תורה עבודה וגמ”ח and specifically to these three as they are in Torah itself. BUt the deeper point is בת ציון and the automatic connection which comes from פנימית עתיק (this part of the Ma’amar is very short and hard to decipher).
