Continuation from last class: כי א-ל דיעות הוי’ה, so there are three things: 1) א-ל and 2) דעת עליון and 3) דעת תחתון.
There is proof that He knows on the levels of these two Daos (also) so there’s no need for Him to remember.
Question two: shouldn’t Malchiyos follow Zichronos? First He remembers, then He becomes our King, not the other way around.
