15c. Mishnayos Perek Aizehu Mikoman, Yeshiva Achei Temimim (5782/ 2022), Class Fifteen, Mishna 5 Zivchei Shalmei Tzibbur VaAshamos (3). This, third, class on the Mishna about Ashamos discusses two more Ashamos. It is (again based on the idea that a קרבן אשם (a ‘guilt’ offering) doesn’t address the sin committed (Teshuva Tata’a) directly, but goes directly to addressing the relationship with Hashem (Teshuva Ila’a). 3) Asham Shifcha Charufa: living with a woman who is really married, but for a technicality. It reflects an act which isn’t technically sinful but is spiritually the ultimate in disrespect. This Korban reconnects this sinner with Hashem. 4) Asham Nozir: he (or she) who has chosen to take on the standard of holiness reserved for the Kohain Gadol (for a time), is obviously serious about his Yiddishkeit. If Hashem allows for him to become Tamai inadvertently (באונס) it has to be a message from Hashem about some level of insincerity, and thus the Korban.
