The idea that אין סוף למטה עד אין תכלית includes (even) the lowest Klipos and even the Klipos created by man through sin explained here. 1) The ChaZaL says that Hashem gives life to all מקרני ראמים עד ביצי כינים which the Rebbe explains represents the highest level of Kesser (קרני ראמים) and the lowest Klipos (ביצי כנים). כנים is numerically 120 (which is connected to אלוקים) and is connected to the idea of כינוי that is lower than שם. 2) The Possuk says אם אסק שמים שם אתה ואציעה שאול הנך the Rebbe explains שאול to be a place connected to (sin=) man made Klipa, and He’s there too. Moreover, Chana added מוריד שאול ויעל even this is for the sake of the ultimate Aliya.
