25. Hachodesh 5736 (this is a Parshas Hachodesh Ma’amar) 2nd Ma’amar in Hemshech.
This Ma’amar is a direct Hemshech (serial) to the one before.
In the last Ma’amar we celebrated nature and how it holds Atzmus (לא שניתי manifesting in לא ישבותו and חדשים כיום הבראם); in this one we celebrate miracles and change (חידוש). Miracles move people and as such they are the Dira BiTachtonim in the world, and as such they (miracles) fulfill the divine purpose of creation itself.
This explains three ideas:
A. Shana (years) which start in Tishrei represents the constancy of nature rooted in Atzmus.
B. Chidush (on two levels, the first is) חדשי השנה or ראשון הוא לכם לחדשי השנה newness of the months within a year; which represents miracles.
C. Chidus (on the higher level, which is) חדש סתם or ראש חדשים newness on a level beyond time altogether, which represents נס בתוך נס (miracles within miracles).
