ויהי ביום השמיני ה’תשל”טClass One: This Ma’amar’s heart (ביאור) is about the three numbers: 7, 8, 10. 7 is order and perfection, this is represented by the world as Adam and Chava were in Gan Eden. 8 is what is transcendent of that, this is represented by the work we do now to correct the original sin and bring Moshiach. 10 is what is absolutely removed from the two that were listed above, this refers to the world after Techiyas HaMeisim. These three are in the Beis Hamikdash, in the Torah and in Avoda.
Class Two: The Possuk Vayehi Bayom Hashmini is discussed in this class. Seven is מדות that is the work done before Moshiach comes; Eight is מוחין removed from the world, and it represents the three additional lands we receive when Moshiach comes. Ten is Yechida that has no opposition, the idea of Mode Ani. Beyond even Yechida is the idea of דירה בתחתונים bringing Him down בכל מאדך.
