This class has two parts:
1) It connects the issue of Nisyonos (tests) with the Parsha (Pinchas) where Eretz Yisroel is distributed through Goral (a lottery) and what it means spiritually; a gift on a level completely beyond reason (and accordingly an ownership beyond any limits).
This is explained to be the same level from where the Mesiras Nefesh of Nisyonos (tests) comes from.
He explains Goral regarding A. Eretz Yisroel and Olom Habba, B. Mitzvos, C. Yidden (the Neshama).
2) The Rebbe discusses the Possuk after נתת ליריאיך נס להתנוסס מפני קושט סלה which is the Possuk למען יחלצון ידידיך הושיע ימינך וענני; he focuses on the word Yemincha.
During Galus His Yemin is drawn back, and we are meant to bring forward through our Avoda of Gorla (ותעמוד לגורלך לקץ הימין)
However, the way the Ma’amar works out, (it seems to me that he is saying) is that the Yemin we are speaking to, (that we bring back) is higher than the ordinary Yemin (it is the idea of לית שמאלא בהאי עתיקא) and begins where Yemin ends קץ הימין.
