40b. Lo Hayu Yamim Tovim LiYisroel 5735 (Mugga), Class Two.
This second (of three) class(es) on this Ma’amar adds the third dimension to the discussion of the Possuk ויתרון ארץ בכל היא מלך לשדה נעבד.
It is the dimension of Teshuva, which happens due to the Yerida into Galus. This brings to such a low that it was not part of כונת הביראה as it relates to the במי נמלך בנשמותיהם של צדיקים and ועמך כולם צדיקים.
It adds an even higher level of אור חדש which is generated through Teshuva, which generates Godliness (that is infinite and beyond change, but that comes) from below and is therefore (not only) above change but is always revealed everywhere. This is Moshiach.
This third level is linked to חמשה עשר באב after the חורבן בית המקדש.
