Two levels of שם הוי’ה:
1) Lower level (לשון מהוה), involved in the creation.
2) Higher level (הי’ הוה ויהי’ כאחד), above (even) Atzilus!!
This higher level is מורשה, an inheritance; it is the only way we could have this idea (of Teshuva).
