We are being introduced to a new idea: where we are not only joining קודשא בריך הוא with שכנתי’ה but actually creating (bringing it forward to be removed like קדוש at least). There are two explanations: 1) The two levels of גילוי אור אין סוף, are like קדושה and שכינה. The first is the אין של יש האמיתי, while the second which is for the worlds is the אין של יש הנברא. B) Both levels of גילוי אור are שכינה and עצם אור אין סוף which, is explained at great length here, is קדושה. Or more precisely: גילוי אוא”ס בשביל העולמות is שכינה, while גילוי אוא”ס בשביל עצמו is קדוש בויו and עצם אוא”ס is קדש בלי ויו. In both these methods, the creation of new קדושה is from עצמות.
