Boruch Hagomel 5737, Class Two.
The end of the Maamar says that the idea of “חייבים” means that one goes so high as to notice the smallest fall, and this is the idea of Tzadikim’s Teshuva mentioned in Zohar.
The Rebbe connects it to the Frierdiker Rebbe’s Perakim in Tehillim (according to his age) אור זרוע לצדיק ולישרי לב שמחה and שירו להוי’ שיר חדש
