There are things in Yiddishkeit that happen only without דעת and he gives the two examples: 1) שכחה cannot be done with intent. 2) Becoming a נשי”א must happen to a בורח מן הכבוד so it cannot be intentional. עד דלא ידע is above the no דעת of these also, as it leaves no דעת in any area at all.
