Fear of Hashem is more difficult to have than love, because it is not at all about the mind, but the Soul, and we need divine help for that.
The Divine offers us (in affect) two choices of divine assistance.
1) Gemara Brachos- Moshe, Da’as Torah. This reveals M”A Yirah in Pnimiyus.
2) Gemara Menachos- 100 Brachos.
