03 Shuva Yisroel (Ma’amar Two) 5737, Class Three. This third class is the second half of the Ma’amar, where we are discussing how in Shuva Yisroel you already have what will happen on Yom Kippur (which is to follow): a revelation of “Atzmus” (called here “Atik”) a place where the sin never touches in the first place. The Rebbe then introduces us to two levels here also: A. Atzmus, B. Atzmus comes down into the 5 levels of Yom Kippur. He further explains that there’s A. Atik, B. Ein Sof in Atik. Finally he says that the greatest thing is bringing the Atik down into the five levels, into the place of sin (to do the MITZVA and purpose of Teshuva) and finally into the Torah and Mitzvos after Yom Kippur. This is how he explains the final words in the Possuk קחו עמכם דברים ושוב אל הוי’ה a Teshuva of Shov, bringing G-dliness DOWN.
