The reason Adon Olom first talks of His Kingship and then of His Omnipotence is to establish that we don’t agree with His infinity limiting Him to realms of perfection and infinity alone (which means He has nothing to do with our world) rather He is everything and great enough even to “care” about such trivialities as US and WHAT WE DO
He is perfect.
We matter to HIM (Maggid’s Torah on ישראל עלו במחשבה).
