32a. Bayom HaShaini… Nesanel ben Tzuar 5735, Class One.
Yisaschar is Torah, but still comes second to Yehuda due to the need for Bittul first.
In this (first) class it is explained by the idea that there needs to be Tefilla before Torah.
The Rebbe explains that it’s not enough to have Bittul in fulfilling the task , but one must have Bittl (first) to the Giver of the tasks.
This is called קבלת עול מלכות שמים and ביטול לבעל הרצון and נעשה (before נשמע)
As opposed to קבלת עול מצוות and ביטול לרצונות פרטיים and נשמע.
