This is a basic insight into the evolution of Kaddish;
It was proposed that Kaddish which is not really in the Gemara and it is (mostly) in Aramaic, was originally used by simple people.
The two sources of Kaddish are 1) said after learning Aggadah (by simple people), 2) by child orphans.
The proposal is that a prayer originally introduced for those who cannot (really) Daven was incorporated into our Siddur at every possible opportunity.
