1) Mitzvos above time continued.
2) How are they ‘in time’?
3) One Mitzvah isn’t a contradiction to another (and it remains Yichud even IN time); but Aveiros and non-Mitzvos (דברים בטלים בהיתר see Chapter 8) are.
4) Teshuva can bring it back (?).
