Atzilus being a Memutza has three aspects:
1) הגבלה רצונית (Self imposed limit).
2) סדר זמנים (the concept of time (and space) in Godliness, isn;t truly limited, but it has the order of limitation.
3) ואצלתי מן הרוח אשר עליך וגו Atzilus is Elokus reduced (like MOshe and the Zkainim).
