Perek 5, Part 5. Conclusion of the discussion that מקום is ממלא כל עלמין, which includes the idea that it is much more than physical, it is spiritual. And it gives life to what will be space, and at the same time it is local: each creation has its own מקום that is the source (and life) of its existence.
