Ideas as they exist as a Metzius are limited and can only be expanded from outside themselves, For example: in the realm of ideas one can only expand a particular Metzius of sechel by 1) The limits (and vagaries) of the idea, 2) The limit of the Osiyos, 3) Stripping away the limit; Another example (explained briefly): Atzilus too is (by itself) limited [and it is made unlimited from higher than Atzilus through our Avoda down here].
