Class Eighty Two in Section Eight of יכולת the possibility

This class was entirely lecture about the two differences between the משל (of the sun) and the משל (Hashem) inasmuch as the sun is about light only, while Hashem is not. 1) The sun is forced to radiate light, and is not the master of it’s own light so even as the light is within the sun, there is (the equivalence of) הרכבה. By Hashem the אור is only ברצון, so before it emerges from the Source it IS the Source. 2) Hashem is not a מציאות נמצא and has no תואר and is not defined by what comes from Him at all. For these two reasons, אור in אלקות exists only as a יכולת.
