Page 165-7. The second level of ‘Noam Havaya’ is higher than the Tzimtzum. Suggestion: the two ‘Noam Havaya’s are for Olomos and the purpose of Olomos, Torah and Mitzvos. If it is Noam it isn’t Havaya and if it is Havaya then it is not Noam. How this is resolved: 1) at least it’s Giluy, 2) Even Etzem of Ohr is connected to the Yud of Havaya.
