Class Seventy Five in Section Seven of G-d אויבערשטער

מדריגות לפני הצמצום (Part 18). עצמו”ה; מאור (Class 11). ד”ה אין ערוך לך תרנ”ב; תרנ”ד (one). These are the same ideas discussed in the previous few classes using the form of the famous מאמר ד”ה אין ערוך לך. Three levels: 1) עילה ועלול; מה הנשמה ממלא את הגוף כך הקב”ה ממלא את העולם. 2) אור ומאור דומה ליש מאין- שהאור מתהוה מהמאור (ואינו רק מתגלה ממנו) ודומה לעילה ועלול בזה שהמתוה קרוב להמהוה כמו בעו”ע. 3) יש מאין יש בו ב’ הענינים: A. היש מתהוה מהאין, B. יש העלם הוסתר הבורא מהנברא. From אצילות we would only know מאור which philosophically means מעלות without an Ego, Essence, יש. Only עשי’ה since it is a יש teaches us that He is a יש existing for the sake of existing alone (as the translation of הוי’ה Existence indicates). In addition this עשי’ה teaches us that He is a בלתי מציאות נמצא an existence without a definition and purpose. This class ends with an animated discussion among the students יחיו.
