Not only is the tzimtzum not a tzimtzum for the teacher, it is not even a Tzimtzum for the student, two levels: 1) The Tzimtzum is not a “Hester Amiti” a true tzimtzum which is only by Klipa where the idea is to cover the relationship between what is given and the Mashpia (the giver) altogether. Giving a little is really giving self, and self is given entirely. 2) The student through work and time (40 years) will reach the understanding of his teacher. The idea of “Derech Ktzara” the words of the teacher are carefully chosen so the student can later extrapolate backwards and know all that the teacher knows.
