The third month is connected to Torah (making peace between one and the other), and the winter is the Torah of Teshuva, which is Chassidus.
The Alter Rebbe on why Chassidim have the name Chassidim; and he preferred Teshuva.
Chassidus is about Neshama, Yiddishkeit from within the Neshama, ultimately it is higher than the Torah.

For ideas about oil: 1) Cannot be eaten alone, 2) is in every food, 3) Mixes with nothing (fluid), 4) Pervades all things
These four ideas combine to bring forward what Chassidus is.
