Likutei Sichos -in one class- vol. 16 page 373 ff. Mordecai after the miracle.
The Gemara discusses (the last Pesukim in the Megillah) what became of Mordechai after the miracle of Purim. He was forced to spend less time learning Torah and working on behalf of his people, not everyone completely approved.
The Rebbe explains this in a positive light.
