The Pesukim וה’ האמירך היום להיות לו לעם סגולה כאשר דבר לך ולשמור כל מצותיו; ולתתך עליון על כל הגויים אשר עשה לתהלה לשם ולתפארת ולהיותך עם קדוש כאשר דבר are explored in a brilliant way.
The Rebbe shows (undeniably) that these Pesukim DO NOT parallel the Pesukim in Yisro 19, 5-6.
