2. Yehi Ratzon… before Korban Tamid (recited each morning, if Tachanun is said) (Yeshiva short version (5781/ 2021))

יהי רצון… תמיד before Parhsas HaTamid Short Version, Yeshiva (5781/ 2021).
This prayer (in contrast to the pre-Ketores prayer) is said only on days when Tachanun is recited, though an argument does exist to say it (minus some words) always.
It is (like so many “late to the game” prayers) compiled from several old prayers (including אתה יודע רזי עולם which we say each night in קריאת שמע שעל המיטה).
There’s מחילה, כפרה, סליחה ומחילה for חטע עון פשע (respectively) explanations are suggested for each sequence.
Le’asid כמצות רצוניך; through Moshe (more Bittul); through the divine “mouth” the deepest is revealed.
