02. פרשת הקטרת: ויאמר ה’ אל משה קח לך סמים… ובהעלות אהרון את הנרות יקטירנה (Yeshiva Version, 5781/ 2021) Class Two.
We read the first two Pesukim of this paragraph, stopping and exploring certain aspects of it in greater detail.
Among them is:
1) ויאמר ה’ אל משה the use of אמירה rather than דיבור here needs explaining, in this case it is thought above speech.
2) There’s כלל פרט וכלל (in the words סמים נטף… סמים) and the words ולבונה זכה is altogether above it, like the idea of פשוט is above the idea of כלל.
3) בד בבד aloneness and it’s extremes, the loneliness of Klipa (איכה ישבה בדד) vs aloneness of Kedusha (וישכון ישראל… בדד) and the implications of the corrective powers of Kitores.
4) רוקח מעשה רוקח making many one.
